What is the difference between Hot-swappable and Non-Hot-swappable versions?
A hot-swappable keyboard allows you to change your mechanical switches without soldering. You can simply use a switch puller to pop out the current switches and plug in new ones to customize your typing feel and sound.
How long does shipping take and which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Standard international shipping usually takes 7-15 business days, while expedited shipping takes 3-7 business days. Please note that customs duties may apply depending on your local regulations.
Do Keychron keyboards work with both macOS and Windows?
Yes, all Keychron keyboards are designed to be fully compatible with both macOS and Windows. Each keyboard includes a physical toggle switch to swap between layouts and comes with specific keycaps for both operating systems.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for products in their original, unopened packaging. If the product is defective upon arrival, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to initiate a replacement or refund.
Are Keychron keyboards compatible with third-party keycaps?
Most Keychron keyboards use standard MX-style stems, making them compatible with the vast majority of third-party keycaps. However, always check the specific layout (such as the size of the right Shift key) to ensure full compatibility.
How do I update the firmware on my keyboard?
Firmware updates can be downloaded from our official 'Firmware' page. Ensure you select the exact model and layout (ANSI/ISO) of your keyboard and follow the step-by-step instructions carefully to avoid bricking the device.
